Customer Service Representative & Lead Generation specialist
I’m a Support Advisor (CSR) in Microsoft for 1 year and 9 months. We provide support options to our customers regarding into their issue and which department who can further assist them. We do basic troubleshooting to resolve customer’s issue and provide solutions on how to fix their issue. Not just a basic troubleshooting we do. We also do sales, billing, security issue, cancellation etc.
I am a Lead Generation Specialist in RemotoDojo for 4 months. We gather leads in different websites like LinkedIn, Jobyoda, Indeed and etc. The leads that we gather, our sales department will be the one who will communicate with them to purchase to our products or to have a collaboration into our company.
